Returns & exchanges

Eligibility:
Items must be returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process:

Contact our Customer Care team at vmsocials.smm@gmail.com to initiate your exchange.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the return authorization number provided by our team.

Ship the items back to us using a trackable courier service. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:
We will process exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Store credit:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, store credit will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
